Adalah seni dengan menggunakan esensi murni ekstrak kelopak bunga, daun, batang, biji, akar, resin & kulit kayu. atau menggunakan tanaman aromatik tertentu, bunga, tumbuh-tumbuhan, atau pohon-pohon untuk meningkatkan kesehatan, dan kesegaran tubuh dan pikiran anda.
Stres yang disebabkan oleh laju kehidupan modern, dan polusi lingkungan, secara bertahap menyerang fisik kita, emosional dan kesehatan mental.

Minyak-minyak apa yang diperlukan?
Minyak yang diperlukan yaitu minyak cairan yang mudah menguap yang dihasilkan oleh tanaman tertentu dan disimpan dalam tempat yang kecil diantara dinding sel mereka. Mereka adalah kekuatan hidup tanama,n dan tanaman memberikan aroma yang khas. Semuanya diambil dengan cara penyulingan uap.
Bagaimana cara kerjanya? Ketika anda mencium bau minyak esensial, Molekul-molekul harumnya akan menusuk dan masuk kedalam hidung anda terus menuju saraf penciuman anda. Disini molekul-molekul tersebut akan diterima oleh penerima khusus seperti kunci yang hanya cocok untuk kunci-kunci tertentu, mengidentifikasi bahwa itu aroma terterntu.
